The best part of today's episode was Dev's mother telling her son to secure Imlie's future. He was a coward who never did right by Mithi or by Imlie. This is one chance for him to redeem himself. I am hoping that he will take Imlie home with him and get her educated as Aditya seems to have forgotten the promise to Satyakam & Mithi to get Imlie into a college.

Imlie has to begin her journey without Aditya and the T's around, as it is her dream to study and become an officer.

As for the precap - Anu does not fail to create a drama every time she visits the T's. Cant stand her screaming and the permanent frown etched on her face, does she suspect Aditya?

Maybe her past and fear of PD has made her so bitter. Rest was so abla naari and Adi was a boor today... he seems to have moved on....

Forgot to add that both Imlie and Malini while praying to the goddess for the vrat.... was different. IMLIE selflessly asking for Adi to always be happy even though he can never be with her, while Malini was asking for 7 janam ka saath (hamari jodi hamesha banaye rakhna)... does she feel insecure already..

Adi is in his own world where his main concern is only about whether or not Imlie will disturb his "peace" with Malini😆.....so no point expecting anything from him. My only concern is that they are making Imlie lose her personality in all this cuz all they show her doing all day is moping around over Adi or Malini or having token nok-jhonk with Sundar.....it's becoming blahh.

One can only hope that Dev gets her admitted to a college after all this nonsensical vrat drama.

exactly same thoughts..usually koi na koi baat hoti hai where one can compromise and be like let'sgive them time and see where this goes but this one was hadh level of Self pity from imlie and her oTT jhuta khaoongi caz am majboor... and Adi being so delusional ke this is an ideal setup now and his sukoon shouldn't be disturbed..

pehle bhi imlie roti thi but one actually felt the connect with her crying too caz it had a point and wasn't just for trp sake ke lead hai toh only job is to act damsel in distress...

The whole episode left a bad taste in my mouth. To be honest I am not a fan of over bubbly nature as well. I hope they take the education track seriously.

wikipedia says she did finish her educationa nd shayad kahin abraod bhi gayi thi but i am not sure and i wouldn't take it as the last word caz things can change.

Terrible terrible episode. Even perusing through it made me so exhausted and annoyed that I don't have any energy or interest left to type out whole lot of my problem with this episode.

Earlier in initial days the show was so solid that I'd hardly have to think of skipping scenes, then came a phase where I've to fast forward scenes so that I can watch rest of the episode in peace and now I'm on skipping episodes and reading updates now and then , but after today's episode which is basically a pile of shit on fire ,I'm thinking of quitting.

Let's face it , this show is and never was my cup of tea. But I saw the promos and immediately fell in love with Imlie's character, the swag ,the spitfire ,the spunk gaon ke hai gawar nehi hai

Then fell in love with Adilie chemistry and their bittersweet story and dynamics.

But nowadays nothing is sweet , just leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Because Imlie character is lost. ITV shows are regressive but all the other top SP shows have currently great female leads be it Anupamaa or Sai, inspiring, strong and fiercely career oriented. And here Imlie is.. perfectly content on being the Jootein mein phansi kankar. Because sorry to say that's exactly what is she in Aditya's peaceful and perfect marital life with Malini. Just see the maang filling scene of Adini in the morning it was pure GOLD. It doesn't get better than that. What is Imlie even doing in this show and Aditya's life other than create trouble like in the precap scenario. She doesn't give a damn about her education or else she'd have at least talked to someone, be it Aditya, Malini, Badke Kaka , Rupali ( who is also teacher ) as far as I can see she has even stopped studying at home with help of Badke kaka , because she's doing some thing far more important that is doing Pati puja and pati ke liye vrat and playing 1001 secret rasams though the said person for whom she's doing all these doesn't give a damn because let's face it Aditya has a perfectly blissful marital life with Imlie being the only occasional cause of trouble in his marital life.

God helps those who helps themselves. This new Gopi Bahu Imlie reeks of desperation with jhoota food being Pati ke prasad and maang filling and have to keep patni dharma all my life by hook or crook . Cringe as far cringe goes. She doesn't want anything more or anything better for herself but being the unpaid servant of Tripathis all her life and watch Adini perfect like a ghost from the shadows. I don't have an iota of sympathy for her imagined plights until and unless I see her moving a finger to improve her situation or life or take a stand for herself. I think Aditya throwing her some pity scraps has given her major delusions that this is all that she needs or wants or deserves in her life.
