All kinds of marriages are legal when it comes to ML and FL of the show. Supporting character's "legally wedded wife" status is invalid and not applicable for ITV shows. So, according to that logic and theory, imlie is the legally wedded wife of Adi.

I believe when she will get to know moon is her elder sister she will feel guilty of considering Adi her husband. I think soon Imlie will start ignoring adi for Malini's sake. Sundar is also softening towards her.i really love Sunlie bonding. Sundar is a good person. Care bhi karta hai lmlir ki aur mazak bhi.

Actually the problem in viewer's mind is real life law's applying for reel life problems. Some reel lives are loosely inspired by real lives .

ITV constitutional rights are solely reserved for ITV characters and has no connections to to real life constitutional rights.🤣🤣.

So please stop the over analysing of Adilie marriage to real life law's and rights. (Imlie is the legal and first wife of Adi=Universal truth).

I agree with some points and disagree with some!

1. The legal-ability of the first marriage:

I don't know about your low or culture but in ours a force marriage is illegal! But I saw a lot of Hindi shows that forced marriage took a place and then it transform to love!

However! Since party one ( 😂 Imlie) is Acknowledge this relation and sendor and mangal sotra is the ultimate truth in her culture ( mind and village) so it is her belive who took a place here , but she accepted to hide it and while she considers Aditya her husband she Acknowledge she don't have any rights on him and the rights only for Millani didi!

Party number 2(Aditya) refusing the marriage and state that it is illegal, so if he later fall in love with imlie and start to demand his husband rights from her behind Millani back, this will make him a double standard! Which is not in his character!

Maintaining a married relation with Imlie behind Millani back will be in no doubts cheating and EMA ! So it is not at all acceptable to do it ( having 2 relations at once, and one of them is a secret!) it is cheating!!!

2- Imlie Apologize to Millani: I see it in a deferent prospective, when Millani told Imlie about the korta and that Aditya start to like her, she said thanks with a cold tone, and when they start to talk about the father they got emotional, and Millani assure her that she is her sister and she share her dad with her , then the flashback come of Imlli wedding, then she apologize, to me I felt that Imlie didn't felt so exited about Aditya liking her because she believe that Aditya love only Millany and not her and this action is only due his responsibility to her, but it strike her mind after the father talk so she really appreciate her sisterhood with Millani and she never want to hurt her not back then, not now, and never in the future, but this fact when it will be revealed it will hurt Millani, even if Aditya never love her(Imlie) not back then, not at the future!

They still didn't developed any love vibes between them(Adili) so how can she apologize about something didn't happened, she don't believe it will ever happen! But the fact of them married (Adili) will definitely have an impact on the relation (Millani and Imlie) is building, any women will not accept this fact even if her husband doesn't love the other women, it just the idea is horrible to think of!

Aisa us fan ne legal basis pe analysis kiya tha. Yes , his marriage becomes invalid then. That's why archi stopped every relationship with her. Yahan to muzhe abhi to adilie ka koi future nahi dikhta.

yeh toh jyadatar ITV shows mein aise hi hote hain. The moment FL and ML spoke about shadi saaton janam ka bandhan,the very next day the same couple started to fight for third party and ultimately parting aways from each other, returning with new guy or girl and pretending to be engaged with third party to make each other jealous.....then after somedays, FL and ML clears up their MU ,patched up and dobara se shadi and the cycle continues till the show ends. Multiple Marriages with the same person makes itself mockery of marriage.

Think about it,if one marriage is equivalent to saath janam ka saath then multiple marriages are equal to infinity janam ka saath 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔? Shows mein leads ki ek hi janam hoti hai,then makers always opts for multiple marriages???? Because of trp and viewers addiction for the favourite shows.
