Any law can not be held true in retrospect. As in if the law passed today , it is valid and applicable from today only , but not on the events of yesterday. This is as per our law and order system.

I feel like laughing when I hear that any Adilie romance will be termed as bigamy not EMA . Really?? By which logic ?! Aditya has categorically denied the basis or existence of this marriage and said time and again that this marriage holds no basis in the eyes of the law since it was done by force and one of the parties namely Aditya denies it's validity. He didn't even consider it valid enough to seek a annulment before marrying Malini. So for now this marriage exists only in the mind of Imlie with no actual or real existence.

Now after marrying Malini with full consent of both parties and of free will and legalities, suddenly if after falling in love with Imlie and getting love from her in reciprocation if he remembers the marriage so denied till now and uses it oh so conveniently to validate and excuse away the inexcusable, then I'm sorry that is still nothing but Extra marital affair because as of now Aditya has one wife , that is Malini ( It's Aditya who says that too. )

In fact , then they would be worse than Kunal Nandini. At least they'd the decency to admit that they fell in love and that Kunal fell out of love with Mauli. That is still better than hiding behind a hitherto non existent marriage!

I'm talking about the line Imlie spoke in today's episode that if she makes some mistake in future.. etc. Just after Malini mentioning Aditya has started liking her. It made me uncomfortable how sweetly naive she's about all these. How oblivious of the lurking danger to her happiness and marriage sitting just in front of her in the form of her little sister. Even though Imlie immediately caught the subconscious vibe of that information and promptly changed the subject to Dev.

I don't really blame Imlie either. Not yet. She has not made any direct attempt to steal Malini's husband. Yet. Except for that inexcusable and cringeworthy, you're only my husband line , which she shouldn't have said. Psychology pe khel gayi 😆 now Aditya looks at her and treats her as his hidden wife.

Also , I'm yet to know how would she react and what her actions will be if Aditya falls in love with her and approaches her with out making it clear with Malini . So clean score board for her for now. Because I don't want to judge her based on assumptions of her future actions. I'll do so only based on what she's already done in the show.

But Aditya remains problematic as ever. He's slowly getting pulled towards Imlie , as if by some invisible cord and it'd have been okay ( after all it's the theme of the show ) if not for Malini's ultra sweetness and goodness and purity of heart. When her heart will break , it'll be extremely difficult to watch and almost will make me guilty for rooting for Adilie.

To take responsibility of Imlie is Aditya's decision, he left her at pagdandiya and he's the one who brought her back. Ab jo bhi hoga uska zimmedar Aditya hoga. Usne shaadi bas ego satisfy karne ke liye, jab aql khuli to Imlie peeche hat gaye. Adi is not her husband till he accepts that he married her. Ek fan ne legal analysis kiya tha is plot ka Facebook pe. Adilie marriage is not legal till both parties accept this. Imlie accept this but adi doesn't. Till he says from heart she is my wife they are not legally married. Musicmuse is not totally wrong.

All kinds of marriages are legal when it comes to ML and FL of the show. Supporting character's "legally wedded wife" status is invalid and not applicable for ITV shows. So, according to that logic and theory, imlie is the legally wedded wife of Adi.
