I disagree, you can tell from what Anu said, both were madly in love and she faught her own father to get married to the man she loved. Anu was the typical rich girl and Dev, the poor artist.

If Dev was truly unhappy, EMA is never the answer. Anu knows something happened and for nearly 20 years, he hid the truth.

In the end, I think Anu knew she lost Dev, so she became bitter, to lose her husband love, the love that she faught her family for so she concentrated on making her daughter happy. Today, she said to Malini, she doesn't want her to go through what she did, no mother does.

But what Anu is wrong is her treatment of Adi and the family. Her daughter is married, she needs to show respect to her daughter sasural.

Dev was wrong and is still wrong for doing EMA, he hurt his wife and his daughter. Anu is right to feel hurt, bitter but she is not right to look down on people.

Main reason she is not normal. Rudeness is ih her naturally. So she destroy her own marriage life.

One more thing wait till u get married. Then u can understand more about EMA.

When comes to handling emotions men are weaker than women.

Yes first time of letting Mithi behind is justify, anybody will do that it is the normal thing!

And everybody of them is in sin!

Anu for not handling her relation correctly specially After Dev coming back

Mithi to have this relation with a man while she is a village girl and this things not acceptable before marriage, which left her with a girl and the man runaway, she could say no to him, lets marry first, at least that will justify having a girl in front of her society

Dev to not control him self at Pagdandya having a EMA with Mithi then left her and run back to his family, frustrated of letting his love go, and not trying hard enough to win Anu heart again and truing to fix the relation

But to this point we don't know what was their real background we are just here assuming and guessing

I could not fully sympathy with him, If he announce his relation with Imlie that could Let me drop ( coward ) Adjective from his character and start to sympathy with him

And his fight with Anu and what he said to her is really mean! Even if it was a truth, but it was really mean to say it out loud.

I really cant decide who is the victim and who is to be sympathy with, I have a mixed feeling for all the character!

That what makes this serial too interesting, most of the character have a mixed layers, and their is no white or black in their Actions it is all grey, so you don't feel full of sympathy nor contempt!!
