Aditya & His Equation With Two Sasuma

Did you guys noticed how much he not only cares about imlie but as well as her mother his sasuma? He not only is caring about imlie's illness but also thinking about his sasuma's ill health. He can't even think for a second to insult her or disrespect her or talk in a rude manner with her n almost obeying each n every thing which she is saying him or telling him to do n always talking so nicely with her. On the other hand he always insult or taunt malini's mother, in the last epi when she called how nicely he was talking with imlie's mother before taking the phone from her n after receiving it the other moment he was taunting n insulting malini's mother, i must say he loves his village sasuma a lot ha! 😆

Well as much as I wish it was to be true , he did taunt Mithie a few times.

Like when he said , " ajkal kain ye sab le kar ghumti hai " it was a taunt towards Mithie only , you can see how her face fell. Also when she was asking Imlie about her mangalsutra, Aditya once again taunted her.

There are a few other times I've noticed. Also , he calls Mrs Chaturvedi Mom when she allows him but he doesn't think of calling Mithie because in his mind Mithie is not his mother in law but just another lady. Aditya is not usually disrespectful towards ladies , exception being Imlie. So he just maintains basic manners with her. No special treatment.

Also we must not forget that Aditya is aware that for Satyakam , Mithie is the most important person in the world and he doesn't want to be on the bad side of Satyakam or make him angry. Whenever Mithie could not get him to agree to any request she asks Satyakam to ask Aditya. Guess she has also noticed that Aditya is afraid of Satyakam.

Aditya doesn't really respect or regard Mithie but he has sympathy for her plight in life as he knows her backstory.

On the other hand he genuinely tries to win Mrs Chaturvedi's heart and be her chaheetein son in law , because for now Moon is important for him , Imlie is not. Sach he kaha tha Imlie ne , Ladki ko Sasural mein izzat to pati ke pyar se hi milta hai . Aditya loses his mind whenever anything even slightly upsets or angers Mrs Chaturvedi. At that time he can burn Imlie at stake if needed , as he has done often. He does not stand for even his family and let them get insulted time and again by Mrs Chaturvedi. It has been often discussed in the forum and even earned him the name Mrs. Chaturvedi's bhakt or even her slave.

This power over Aditya she enjoys because she's Moon's mother and he's trying to win brownie point from her.

He gives back Mrs Chaturvedi at times because she often times just crosses line with her insult , even Moon gets shocked.

He was angry when Imlie spilled daal on Mrs Chaturvedi because he was losing brownie points from her , though it was Moon who invited Imlie . He gave Imlie a proper verbal thrashing the first chance he got, also when Imlie proposed to clean the mess he told Moon , " Jab ye kahe rahi hai karne dijiye na " ,though he knows she's here as a guest. But he was really upset.

On the other hand , he doesn't give a damn what Mithie thinks about him , all her warmth and shower of love and hospitality don't affect him , in fact makes him even more irritated.

But the day Imlie wins his heart , he'd learn to accept and appreciate simplicity and look at the world from a different pov. As we've discussed previously on the forum , for now , he's deep down just as much elitist as Anu. He looks down upon people who are from village and are poor and unpolished.

That's why he needs to fall in love with Imlie for a character make over , to become a better person.

The day it happens he'll have genuine respect for Mithie from his heart. Not before that.

Good post .👍🏼.me too was observing this for long time ...in case of anu ..aditya is forced to do things which he doesn't like ..else argument will crop up but this is not the case with meethi ....she treats him like god ..his command my wish ....

Guess when he will fall in love with imlie that time he will start seeing clearly ...

Right now I think he deserve to have mother in law like anu...ram milaye jodi 😆
