My M2 - Epi 56 Adi's little Monologue DT nt Pg2

Yesterday it was Adi who gave me The Most Magnificent Moment but today it's Imlie's turn.

What a fantastic way to prove how strong this girl is form heart, mind n soul. When Adi asked to take care of her wound she brilliantly shuts him up saying

"I can take care of myself very well, I did it before you came to my life and I can do it after you leave. So you need not to worry"

And the expressions on Adi's face were just WOWWW... he literally had no words to counter her claim cause he knows this girl is no Damsel in Distress who needs a Prince charming to sweep her off her feet.

Her feet are well ground and firm to even nudge. She is Pagdandiya ki Imlie who is just 18years old but has maturity of someone way older.

So today's episode was fantastic in terms of proving Imlie is not going to be some Abla Nari if Adi leaves her alone in PD (PagDandiya) though I hope he doesn't.

correct... she is poles apart from Malini in terms of Life's experience and how both react to situation.

So I am sure there will be a time when Adi will realize who he needs in life to make it better.

Since I watch online and can fast forward any unwanted person scenes cough cough Malini and Chaturvedis, I'll continue watching the show as long as they keep the character integrity of Imlie. As long as she's not reduced to a damsel in distress who needs the so called hero , I'm up for it. Baki kisi cheese se koi farak nehi padta.

Also , it was great to see her give back to Aditya. She's always this strong person completely capable of putting him to place , she only refrained from doing so because in front of his family she's a maid so her giving him back in front of them will look weird.

From whatever I have seen so far Imlie doesn't need him , and he doesn't realise he needs her. He thinks moon is enough for him then ok , go ahead with your life. Imlie would be least bothered about him. 😌

Imlie truly and sincerely considers Aditya as her husband or she wouldn't have sat for the post wedding rituals no matter what is the health condition of her mother. She is very religious and unlike Aditya , she takes all these rituals, puja etc. seriously.

But she's capable of absorbing her pain and still make a life for herself. She's confident of her journey.

Will she ever give herself to another man ?? Not a chance. But will she continue to sob and live a miserable life if Aditya indeed leaves her next day or even leaves her for good ?? Not a chance of that either. She never stopped studying even when she was thrown in an alien and often hostile environment at Aditya's house and with all the chaos of Aditya's marriage . She'll never stop striving for her dreams and goals in life till she achieves all of them. Love and marriage are not everything for a woman. Career is also important.

She told Aditya that she can take care of herself not to shown him attitude but as a matter of fact , because she knows she can.

thats the best thing abt Imlie. despite all the turmoil she never leaves her spunkiness, she can give him taste of his own words.. but she was considerate about the situation she was in.

she is now on her own ground and knows how to play the word game and win it too. Adi will have tough time tame/yell/insult her here.

Imlie doesn't need him but deep in her heart she wants him cause she has followed all the marriage ritual from heart. And if he has guts to leave her without even looking back at her she herself has the guts to not even look for him... she can/will live a life of her own.

Gosh it's terribly sad. But she will achieve her dreams that's good. But I still think Ishant will come and she will be opposite him. Adini love story mein muzhe to Interest nahi hai bilkul bhi.

thats the best part of Imlie. She wants him but she does not need him and if he doesn't want her she can make a like of her own.

PS - if only creatives keeps her character consistent till the end and not change the track of her character from current imle to a weak/sobbing girl ready to be his family/Malini's maid just to be with him.

So epi 55 what another power packed episode. And Imlie rocked.

The way she clarified the things,

How Adi will still hv everything in his life while she will remain with nothing but Sindoor bhair Maang.

Her firm stand about what's right n whats wrong,

making him listen he is not the only victim but she is alike.

And Sumbul did fab job in that one single long take. What a fantastic actress she is, he expressesion, he eyes, those tears, her dialogues... nothing took me away from the high intensity of the moment.

And precap was the cherry on top. I had to repeat it so many times just to see if by any chance this could be a dream sequence... but now see Gul Ma'am shared it on her IG i am damn excited to see the scene in today's episode.

PS - As always Adi - Imlie together in frame make it nothing short of a volcano... bas lava nikalta hai dono ki ankho se gusse ka.
