Aditya - My take

I started this show solely for Imlie and her happy go lucky nature. Then initial episode made me cry for her love for Mother and how much she dreams abt a better life. On other hand i never hated Aditya.. still now what i feel for him is empathy rather than dislike. Just imagine if someone's life gets ruined the way it was of Aditya.. i am sure no other person would be able to even stand straight let alone managing things the way he is. And i am giving all my compassion, empathy to him.... and i want him to find his happiness... BUT.. A BIG BUT... his arrogance, ignorance, rudeness towards Imlie is what boils my blood. As if its only him who haa gone thru the hardships cause of what happened in Pagdandiya. As if He is the only victim and not imlie. how come he never thought how hard this all was for Imlie. And what Imlie told to him abt she is the one who lost everything and not him, she is suffering just like him... was so spot on. Thats what i always wanted to tell him. Hope he keeps his anger aside, and uses his brain to find a better way to handle all the ordeal he n imlie are going thru....

I don't feel sad for him at all because the bride was totally supportive with him, yeah she did shake up a bit for a moment during thr wedding but she still was sensible enough to not ruin happiness of Adini. If bride was giving him hard time then it would have been ok. She had been supportive since the beginning, still he's a douchebag to her. Besides it's not such a big deal, moon is fragile, not his family. He could have told the truth and they would have quietly annulled this marriage in court before his marriage to moon. Ye raita jerkaditya ka khudh ka failyaa hua hai. Bewkuf, totally duffer.

Problem is that adilie have fiery chemistry, that's why we want them together, due to their initial scenes otherwise is khajoor ko koi bhaw he na de. I believe moon married him due to his loving family, not for him.😂

very much agree with everything you said. and that's what i said "if only aditya keeps his anger aside and think sensibly" and then am sure what you mentioned would have been the best solution for everything. Having his n imlie marriage annulled so that he could have marries Malini without ant guilt n regret.

But its his anger n frustration that's not letting him use his brain for a solution rather than venting his anger over Imlie.

hahaha.. i am so agree with you abt their chemistry... its fiery, explosive, full of firecrackers.... i haven't seen such powerful chemistry in indian tv shows in a long long time... so despite all my hopes for imlie.. i still want their chemistry in full bloom at least once in thia shows all run...*fingers crossed*

When Archie fell for baha he forgot about everything, his one and only goal was to be with baha all the time. He forgot about moon , his marriage and his 7 saal ka so called pyar. I wanted to see the same passion between adilie. Ye dono barchie ko bhi fail kar dete but makers ko agar koi aur ending laani hai to hum kya karein. Inki trp skyrocket ho jaati, maybe Anupama ko bhi surpass kar jaati, par inhe kaha fikr hai audience ki. Mohi failed for the same reason, they destroyed the essence of barchie in that show. Barchie romance was the usp of the show. Kamalika ke saath jo hua wo galat tha lekin wahan makers mahan banne ki koshish bhi nahi kar rahe the, yahan to...😒

i am completely out of touch of Hindi shows for last 10 years so you hv to help me with who is Archie, Baha and Mohi.. so that i can understand the reference more..

Ishti kutum was a Bengali show. Imlie is remake of that show. Aditya and Imlie's characters were called archisman and Bahamoni in that show. Archie was same like Aditya , scolding baha all the time but once he fell for her he blackmailed her or dare I say seduced her to sleep with him as he was not able to control his passion for her. Baha considered him as her husband but due to Malini who was called kamalika in that show first refused but later she gave in when he threatened that he would divorce moon. Their love story continued till moon found out. She tried to commit suicide but later accepted their love and gracefully walked out of their life.

Mohi was official hindi remake of ishti kutum but makers didn't have guts to show the same story so they made mohi (Imlie of that show) go to US for higher studies and Aditya of that show ended up with Malini. This is also the ending of South Indian remake of ishti kutum.

That show was a flop, star ordered makers to copy ishti storyline but they did not due to their ego. Show was a big flop. Imlie bhi flop ho jayega agar Adini thopa gaya audience par. Adini ke chemistry pukable hai. 🤢 Muzhe itna gussa aya ke maine show he dekhna chodh diya ye jaante hue bhi ki Adini marriage story ka part hai.🤬
