Aditiya's family. They are coming across as fake.

Currently, I can't quite figure who is who, but the women are all a little too sugary sweet. They come across as not real people. More like carricatures.

Especially when compared to other characters who are shining because they are so grounded and real. Aditiya, Imlie, Malini, her mom, Imlie's mom, and her nani are all very believable.

Malini's mom is also spot on with her classist attitude. Apparently, that is very real in India.

But the actor playing her husband is not well cast. He looks too much of a smooth city-type to go off to a village and have a one-night stand with a local woman. 😕 I see him being utterly horrified arriving in the village in his casual but elegant city clothes, manicured nails, and designer luggage!

He must have run away when confronted by the smells, the cows, the strange language and nani!🤣

The way Aditiya's family has taken to Imlie is also completely unbelievable, in light of what I have seen in other shows. Indians do not treat their servants/help very well at all.

I agree Adi's family is too sweet. Rupali still seems believable because we have seen a grey side of her. It is weird that there isn't any villain in Adi's family to make Imlie's life hell in her sasural 😆

Probably Anu and Malini will have to drop in in Tripathi household every now and then 😆
