Avi's friends stop the servant [?] and question him about the photo of Varun. They are shocked when he replies that this is Varun's style and he wears the glasses all the time. They decided that as friends they have a duty to tell Avi the truth. Avi notices them standing to a side and pulls them in to the dance without giving them a chance to tell her anything. They put down the photos and reluctantly join the dance.
A little while later, Varun takes Avi to a side to sit and are followed by her friends. Varun notices the pictures and Avi starts to look through them but Dadu quickly intervenes and hands the photos over to the photographer before taking the couple to meet someone. The friends wonder why Dadu is intervening and decided to find the letter; but before that they look for the photographer so that they can show Avi the photo.
Meanwhile Pinkesh continues to gaze at Mallika. Revthi hints that he shouldn't give up so easily.
The friends corner the photographer and try to bribe him but he doesn't fall for it. Later he bumps in to Dadu and his friends who hand over a bundle of notes. Dadu feels upset that he is betraying Avi like this but his friends assure him that he is doing all this for her.
On the side, Adee is having a romantic moment with Rajshree as he tells her that he can't wait for the wedding and is lucky as he is marrying the most beautiful girl in the world. Rajshree overhears this. Mallika tells Adee that she is lying but Adee calls Rajshree over [by calling her Anushree] and asks her whether Rajshree is the most beautiful girl in the world or not.
When she doesn't reply he holds her shoulders and asks her again. Rajshree nods and Adee triumphantly tells Mallika that Rajshree doesn't mean anything to him and yet she agrees. Rajshree feels bad and leaves, walking past Gajju who follows her out. Rajshree weeps as she asks her brother to let her go somewhere far away.
Gajju gets emotional and reminds her that after their parents passed away, they had both promised to be their for each other. He understands what she's going through but the more she runs, the more these memories will follow her. What she needs to do is put an end to them here. Rajshree asks what she should do when these very memories have become an integral part of her?
She begs him to let her go just as Adee arrives and tells him that she can't leave until he gets married – after all it's because of her that Mallika is becoming the bahu of this house. She hesitantly says that she has to go to her Dadi's house but he again requests her to stay; as a wedding present. He tells her that he knows that without meaning to he has broken her heart many times but now he has even remembered her name. Rajshree looks up hopefully but is disappointed when he calls her Tanushree.
Rajshree nods her assent to stay. Adee leaves and an upset Gajju tells Rajshree that it will be best if she leaves. She refuses as she says that for the first time Adee has asked her for something; how can she leave without giving Adee his gift?
Later, Dadu is taking his leave from the family. He looks around for Avi and notices her with Varun as they both shyly tell each other that they can not wait for the wedding. The familys tease them and tell them that strictly no meeting before the wedding.
Adee smiles at Mallika but she remains upset with him for not asking about her preference for honeymoon. He compromises by saying that they will go by his choice this time and hers next time. Revthi notices them together and pulls Mallika away saying that they have a lot of planning to do.
Later…
Both brothers are sitting together and talking about the wedding. Varun says that he can't believe he and Avi will be together forever very soon. [Meanwhile Avi is happy that she will soon find her dream man.]
Varun tells Adee that Mallika is a really nice girl but despite being a model she's not arrogant at all. Adee agrees and looks at his ring as he says that Mallika loves him a lot.
Back at her house, Mallika trys on the necklace Pinkesh gifted her and compares it with her engagement ring. She remembers Revthi telling her that there is still time to change her decision.
