my lower abdomen is so much fat..
its look ugly...
my breast area also heavy
can some plzz tell how to reduce weight from dere
m 68kg n my wrist is 36inch
so plzz plz i want reduce all d w8


in september my second yr will start in colg
so i want to look different in my frnd circles
n i want to look attractive infront my juniors,,,
plzz help me
m a pure veg
so plzz tell wat to take or not to take in food..

hi,

well the first thing i wud do is see an doctor or an nurse and they can advise and they will tell u 2 follow an balanced meal. to reduce weight u hve to burn of more calories then u eat. the best wy is to exercise more and eat less. i wud recommed at least 30 minutes, five times an week. And as for diet, eat less fatty foods, eat more fruit and veg and more carbohydrtates and drink at least 8 glasses of water if u cn as water does help to shed those pounds 😊 then u shud lose weight. hope i helped
