how do you reduce fat from the thighs? because ive mean excercising for loads of days and eating healthy food but its not working

it takes time to burn fat, continue excersising and eating healthy and see results in 1-2 months. and do stepping excersises like running up down steps more.

they show it on Yoga 4 You
on Zee Tv at 07:30 in the morning 😊
