Date: 8th March

Breakfast: Tea

Lunch: Egg Sandwhich and apple juice

Dinner: Chicken with rice

Snacks: Fruits

Water: 5 glasses

Exercise: went down 16 floors by stairs (10 steps each floor) (twice)

Mood: (dont understand) 😳

Lunch: Egg Sandwhich and apple juice good choice... it is always good to have a protein based meal for lunch to boost your energy level and apple juice can count towards your five a day

Dinner: Chicken with rice how did you have your chicken? curry, grilled, fried...

Snacks: Fruits how many fruits did you have?

Mood: (dont understand) 😳 what i mean by mood is if you felt full of energy or did u feel sluggish etc

overall your eating routine was average but you shoudl try to drink more water... as water (as u properly already know) is very important for your body it flushes out all the bad stuff and speeds up you metabolism so u burn more calories.

Breakfast is an very important meal of the day so you should eat something... whether it is a bowl of cereal or a slice of toast

My diet diary

11 March 08


Breakfast: a bowl of porridge with raisins and seeds

Lunch: a slice of bread with lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber and cheese

Dinner: chicken and cauliflower bhaji with boiled brown rice

Snacks: an orange, a creme egg 😳

Water: lots of water.. πŸ˜ƒ

Exercise: zzzzz

Mood: lazy... shudve done some exercise...*sigh*

12th March

Breakfast: Tea and biscuits

Lunch: didnt get to have any- was too busy in school

Dinner: Chick peas (curry) and rice- normal πŸ˜† 😳

Snacks: nuts

Water: 7 glasses as advised πŸ˜† 😳

Exercise: 3 times went down the stairs 16 floors (my mum made me go on more time with her)

Mood: full of energy, them tired, was happy all day, now sleepy πŸ˜† 😳

πŸ˜† me and exercise... we jst dnt see eye to eye... i get exhausted thinking about it... but when i do exercise i must say i do feel good about myself😳

portions: yes it does... but make sure your eating plenty of everything...

Dinner: Chick peas (curry) and rice- normal πŸ˜† 😳 - thats funni i thought my family were the only pepz who always have curry for dinner... glad to see i was wrongπŸ˜† -- good choice of food plenty of protein and carbohydrates ... chick peas are really good for u they are full of fibre as well

Snacks: nuts nuts are good... what type of nuts did u have... wlanuts are very good for you... when eaten in moderationπŸ˜ƒ

Water: 7 glasses as advised πŸ˜† 😳 well down.. keep this up and u will def notice in change in your hair, sin and glowπŸ˜†

Exercise: 3 times went down the stairs 16 floors (my mum made me go on more time with her) ... well thats more exercise then i didπŸ˜†... as long as your heart beats faster then usually that will be enough πŸ˜ƒ

Mood: full of energy, them tired, was happy all day, now sleepy πŸ˜† 😳 goodπŸ˜†... i noticed u didnt mention any calcuim intakeπŸ˜•.. try to include milk/ cheese/ youghurt into your diet very importnat for growing

overall some areas can be improved... u must be very skinny?πŸ˜› as u hardly eat anything ... but try to include calcium in your diet... and there were no fruits ?πŸ˜†

Breakfast: handful of green grapes, a medium banana and a small glaas of yummy milk (semi) πŸ˜ƒ

Lunch: homemade pasta with chunky vegetable sauce and lettuce

Dinner: diced meat and potatoe with rice

Water: again lots πŸ‘πŸΌ

Snacks: squiggly worm lol πŸ˜† (candy) and a bar of chocolate

Exercise very busy day at work really cudnt be bothered 🀒 ...but did 20 situps

mood: ok... went to bed pretty early...
