Okay I'm looking for all the healthy snacks that u can get away with nibbling on, these are my favourites:

Apricots-pited and dried
Dried pineapple and dried mangos (from supermarket or healthy foodstore- taste great๐Ÿ˜ƒ)
Nuts
Seeds
Fruit

Any other tips???

I am awful with breakfast๐Ÿคข I never eat it- I end up getting cereal bars. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

they say you dont get fat if you eat breakfast as it keeps you going for the day and doesnt make you hungary untill lunch ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜ณ

All fruits and vegetables are healthy and are full of vitamins and provide energy to us

I know, I know but I'm useless- I just tend to run out of the house๐Ÿ˜ณ and breakfast doesnt really appeal to me๐Ÿ˜†

welll i hate breatfasts........ wht every i get i'll eat it but i prefer kellogs in the morning ...easy to make easy to eat ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜›

Well.. I think maybe breakfast makes your day really energetic but I never have time. If some of you dont have time like me then try grabbing an apple before you start your day. atleast its better than munching on chips the first thing in the morning.๐Ÿ˜ƒ
