Please read

Recently I twisted my leg and my tibia bone got fracture. It is just above the ankle. Its a spiral fracture so there is no surgery required. I am in full cast right now(from foot to thigh) from 2 weeks and doctors advised me that they will make this cast half after 4 to 6 weeks.

Dose anybody have any experience of this kind of fracture ? Would like to read ur experience and does anybody know how much time it takes to recover ?

@rhtdm: well, once i had an extremely bad splinter in my foot and it was about to be cut off...fortunatly it was resolved a different way 😊 but..not a fracture..although many people in my family have had one....

i recently had an accident (last wk to be exact) i fractured my neck but alhamdualliah i am ok now its all about taking rest and doing easy stretches ask your doc about it... ask him if u are allowed to do stretchs ? as i feel this helped my neck... it has only been 4/5 days i think but i feel much better
