Playing badminton and volleyball will also help a lot......U still have 5 more active years to increase ur ht...In fact if you exercise a lot your ht will keep growing even after 20 😊
i will? i thought i will stp growing when i am 16 i play badminton and volleyball alot bythe way but it is winter right now and there is alot of snow outside i don't know what to do indoors
Tadasan........its a yogic exercise to increase ht.....u can search for the steps and postures on google!! It really works and u can do it in the cozy confines of your room 😊
^well, loosing weight may make you feel taller, but i dont think it will actually make you taller and 120 is normal for that height. i think it wont help you with getting taller, but if you get taller it might make you feel thinner..so its kind of like the other way around 😆 but, if you ride a bike...it will help you loose weight and get taller..so..double advance there 😉
If you do lots of strecthes u will grow tall! and one more thing im nt sure if u have heard this but if u ride bicycles u can grow tall as well. im 13 and my is 5"6
