awwww. I was going to make it earlier, with my own knowledge, which was close to this one. but then I found this article, yup they did explained it well.
I am following these from the start of the month. and I have more energy, never felt hungry during the fast, plus I lost 10 lbs tooooo!!!π
eating less sugar and oily stuff early makes a huge difference. so try avoiding it in ur daily life too. I know we love our pakoras and samosas but eating them daily can be a little more dangerous. and ofcourse our cold drinks. eik tu ur tummy is empty, uper saye if u dump it with carbonated drinks. it will totally go bonkers. so stay away from it. it eats away all the digestive chemicals/enzymes in ur stomach! π
