Breakfast:Usually cereal before i go to school, easiest thing to make since mom isn't home...im just to lazy...:P & if mom is home then roti...

Lunch: sandwich, rice or pasta or roti again...:P

Snack: Fruit

Dinner: What ever my mum makes, its usually healthy..with low fat oil, etc.

^^I hope what i eat is healthy... 😳 😳

Breakfast: weekdays - cereal (weetabix / shredded wheat -yum) saturdays - hole family it together so we hve bread wiv omelette or sumfing lyk dt

Lunch: wkdays - sandwich (tuna/ prawns/ cheese)
Wkends - boiled rice wiv chicken curry / fish / meat ets

Snack: fruits sumtms chocolate

Dinner: curry / jacket potatoes wiv prawn mayo

am not fat for no reason u no πŸ˜†

Breakfast:cereal

Lunch:rice with different types of veggies

Snack:fruits/veggied stuff/sometimes chocolate

Dinner:rice again with veggie stuff

Breakfast:Be4 going 2 school Milk,in school a sandwich

Lunch:roti dal sabzi

Snack:Milk again in the afternoon

Dinner:chawal ya roti with sabzi ya dal πŸ˜†

Breakfast:chai & roti sometimes
Lunch: pasta or cheese sandwich

Snack: chips

Dinner: whtever mom makes... sometimes pizzaa

Breakfast: I guess just milk and sometimes cereal when I have time before running to schoolπŸ˜†

Lunch: Sandwich... with cheese or jam or something else filled in it.

Snack: A lil chocolate bar or a granola bar

Dinner: Whatever mom makes. Its always healthy and with low fat I guess... Its always good... Roti, chawal, daal... something like that.

Breakfast: 2 chapatis. Tea.

Lunch: Brown Rice, Dal and Veges

Snack: Only Green Tea

Dinner: Chapatis and Veges

People who love to eat rice but are putting on weight can have " Lapsi " a local hindi term for a particular grain.
as a substitute for rice. Call ur local grocerry store and ask for it.
