Hi everyone right I am just going get to the point
I like trying different experiments with my diets etc the past week what I have been doing is I have swapped my meals around so basically for breakfast I have my dinner for dinner I have my breakfast I did this for a week and I have noticed I have lost 2 pounds!!! It's not hard and you're not depriving yourself of any important nutrients.
I also noticed that I don't get a craving for any snack s in the mid day time and I eat my lunch normally.
So give it a go for a week and see if you notice any difference and please let me know if you do!
