Lemee clear all this now:-
First of all calcium is very important for growth... cuz ur bones contain calcium n ur bones elongate as u grow in age.
U can increase ur height only if u r below 18(girls) n below 21(boys) as after tht the epiphysis(its edge of ur bone) closes so ur bone doesnt grow naymore no matter how much calcium u take or do excersises.
If u are below 18 or 21 then u can take calcium tabs n excersise..eat vit rich food ...n surely ur height will increase.
Also ur height depends on ur parents height.
