I dance bharatnatyam, then normal western dance too. I think running up and down stairs is enough exercise...

But i do have a routine, including stomach crunches, pliees n stuff... 😳

I walk 4 an hour Daily if not that i do cycling & play basket ball

I do play soccer weekly three days....three days do gym....one day fulll rest...n sleep a lot 😉

I just ride my bike and sometimes go swimming. Im very lazy. 😳

I run on the stairs so to tone my legs. I play basketball and soccer... N do situps n pushups. 😃

i walk everyday for 1/2 hour and do ~60 bicycle crunches and well i switch stuff everyday..like skipping and even hula hooping..
