Guys in recent months I have gained alot of weight. When u see ur body all the time you cant tell. I recently seen pics of me at a friends wedding and i looked DISGUSTING to say the least. I am so depressed. How can I loose weight. Please help. Iv tried gym, healthy eating and weight watchers in the past, but doesnt help. Please help am desperate....

i know the feeling ... its realli horrible isnt it... but the best thing you can do for yourself is to make small changes to your diet remeber the harder u try the more you lose weight ... dnt feel but about it ok every one feels lyk thie once in a while i feel lyk this alot so its normal

jst thing of the food which you thing is bad for you eg chocolate etc and then try to banish that from your life.. and exercise if your lyk me n the word exercise feels you with draught try things you enjoy i enjoy dancing, walking, pilate etc play wiv friends etc n you will feel good about yourself -- keep active as possible n dont look at ur weight or go on the scales for a while and try not to think about your weight ... i know its hard but if i can do it so can you ... focus on what you do and eat n change a couple of things n am sure you will start to lose weight ok

Dont feel so bad... In the past, a lot of people have tried losing weight and they have been successful! You can do that too. Eat what is really healthy and gives your good vitamins and minerals and that kind of stuff. Dotn eat stuff with taste in it. Like, all the junk food have "TASTE" in it, try vegetables, that you like, but remember dont eat too much junk food.
Once in a while is okay but if it forms a habit in you, you will gain a lot of weight hun.

Awww, just keep trying don't give up! 😊 Eat healthy foods, and cut down on all the possible junk food you can. Also if you feel that everytime you try you can help yourself and you end up eating junk food or you become too lazy that you don't want to excercise, try something that will help motivate you to keep on trying and not giving up. 😊 Maybe you could talk to a friend who you really trust and could help you. I'm sure you guys can both work together and then maybe you'll see some good results.

How to Lose Weight and Slim Down[

1. Start on a fresh new week. How about a monday?
2. Do you love and care about yourself? I hope you do. Take care of yourself.
3. In the morning you can have 2 hard boiled eggs. Remember to not eat both yolks. Eat only one or only eat the white part and throw away both yolks. OR you can have cereal.
4. You have to remember to drink plenty of water. Drink water before food. After food. Drink water even if you don't want to. It is so VERY good for you.
5. For lunch have a banana, an apple or any other fruit you want. Remember you don't need to go to quizno's or mcdonalds.
6. EXERCISE! At least 10 minutes on a very active level. Or try 30 minutes on a lower level. Believe me, those other diets who say "no exercise", they are a joke. Even if you do lose weight by not exercising you will have thin legs and arms and a Pillsbury Doughboy tummy :c. Not to mention you'll have cellulite. So come man "MACHO IT UP." Exercise c:
7. For dinner eat some veggies with either chicken or beef. Chicken & Beef should not be fried in tons of greasy oil. If you want it fried with vegetables use a bit of olive oil. But i never fry anything, i steam them and eat the veggies raw.

Tips

* Not many people know this but I have heard from a doctor once that you shouldn't eat and drink at the same time. The reason is that the acid inside of us gets confused as to which breakdown first so it slowers the process of food breakdown. So I drink 2 glasses of water 10 minutes before eating anything. Then I eat.
* Remember to drink plenty of water. i know that i'm kind of overdoing this but seriously... please drink a lot of water! Water gets me full in a way so it helps me eat a little less.
* Oh and who says you can't enjoy the diet? Do something nice for yourself. Go get your nails done or a new haircut. How about a new set of wardrobes every 15 pounds you lose?
* And of course exercise at least for 10 minutes. It really does help.

* NEVER EVER think you should stop eating to lose weight.

my tip for loosing weight
EAT !! 😆 and drink lots of water

EAT AS MUCH TIMES A DAY AS U WANT BUT ONLY SMALL PORTIONS OF THE FOOD

no really :~

if u usually have a big bag of crisps
have only half

reduce the amount of food u intake by half
but eat like 5 times a day

lets say u had lunch at 1
only eat a little bit and then like two hours later
have another thing to eat

because ur food has been reduced it digests easily and den no fat will consumilate

it also fasten ur metabolism which i heard is a good thing i guess

just wat helps for some pple i know and it seemed to work for them

remember to drink lots of water which is also good for ur skin 😆 😉

drink loads of water!cut down on fizzy drinks and chocolate!!!!believe me,it works!!!o ya,and exercise regularly!maybe,u can, jog every mornig!
