Exactly...i usually run on treadmill and do a bit of pilates exercises....but my problem is my tummy.....How do i get rid of it????

You can try yoga, there are some yoga steps for belly.

a realli useful fing i can tell u to do is keep ur stomach pulled in n keep it pulled in whenever u remeber, while sitting down, standing whenever.. and as long as you can this will tone up ur stomach

the best thing is prob doing sit-ups or crunches..give u a totally toned tummy. 😊

This is wat i do:

I walk 4 1hr Dailt

I do cycling 4 15 min

I bounce basketball 4 10 mins 😃

Best excerise is to do cycling!!!!😊

Treadmill wont help coz i guess it will not!! I hate treadmills!!

yea I have the same problem... I tried sit ups...but when stopped...I got more fat 😭 but will try cycling 😃

Hi. The best way to lose tummy is to lose overall weight.

First you have to watch what you eat.
Try eating before 8 o'clock.
Drink lots of water.
Dont forget to exercise for an hour everyday.
Do lots of cardio.
Do crunches instead of Sit ups.
