even me..i have heard its morning morning for yoga coz its supposed to be done only when u are mepty stomach... other exercises like cardio and weight lifting are best sometime after breakfast with constant sips of water thruout..
it doesnt matter what time you exercise as long as its not after a meal otherwise you will feel sick
but i wud advice you to exercise before you have your main meal as this works up your metabolism so when you eat the foods burn quicker --- trust me its true
well ive also heard thats its morning. i also think party because u are more fresh then, if you do it at nite you may be tired because of all you have done throughout the day
