1. I go to gym 2. long enough 3. IT IS NOT WASTE OF MANY AT ALL 4. you can do both, personally before going to gym i trained at home for about month and a half to adapt muscles for HIT (high intesity training) in gym 5) that would be dumbbell 😆
I have a treadmill, cross trainer and rower all at home. It is definetly worth it 😃 its easier to go at home than going especially to gym.You actually feel the different even when you do not go after while since you toned you do not feel it as much.
I am to busy to use at moment 😠however i lost 3 stones 😳 last year when i used it regularly over the summer still got another 1 1/2 or so to go which suppose will concetrate on in summer.
