Hi.

I think many of you have heard about Pilates. Its a great way to lose weight. Its hard but you get great results.


1)Do you do pilates?
2)If yes, for how long?
3)If you dont, then do you want to start doing pilates?
4)Do you think its hard?
5)Anything else?

1)Do you do pilates? yes i do pilates

2)If yes, for how long? i hve been buzy lately but i try to do 1 hr every frday

3)If you dont, then do you want to start doing pilates?

4)Do you think its hard? itz not hard but its really hard to tell if itz wrking n if ur doing it rite

It is important to tell that by doing pilates you won't burn fat.... thats why many of people doing it will say that they cannot see any results. By doing pilates you strenghten your muscles and if you want to burn fat you have to do some aerobic exercises. If you want to look great, try doing some aerobic exercises (e.g. running, swimming, cycling) on odd days, and do your pilates on even days. I promise that for at least month and a half you will look awesome...
