while laying on the floor in front of the tv place a pillow bwt ur knees n squeeze together. hold 4 5 secs. do this inner thigh squeeze for a count of 20.
2) leg lifts: while lying on the floor lie on ur side n raise ur top leg, repeat 20 x thenrollover n wrk the other leg
