Most people don't understand how important eyes are and how to look after ones eyes its until the doctors says 'u need glasses' does one realise how much they have been neglecting there eyes.
So here is an idea of how 2 exercise ur eyes:
Breathe deeply in & out - this is a gr&t stress reducer
(1) take ten deep breathes – morning & evening before you brush your teeth
(2) take one long sustained deep breathe every time you look at your watch
For 10 minutes each day after shower, before bed time or after waking up in the morning take the time to breathe:
lie on the floor, stretch, take a few good deep breathes, then get into a sitting or standing position, close your eyes, let your arms hang at your side, breathe deeply with your belly expanding out for inhalation and contracting in for exhalation – do this for 5 / 10 minutes.
**take a daily supplement of fish oils -- not only is ti good for your eyes but also your hair and nails***
