Stop sugar totally..if u feel like eating something sweet have a small piece of Jaggery.. u will feel lighter..
Also if u r into having soda n soft drinks stop that too..and invest in n air fryer.
And walk at least twice a day..minimum 5 kms a day..that's a basic exercise.
For yoga.. start with Pranayam..will help u focus๐

Eat smaller portions but more frequently. And eat more of veggies and salads and substitute carbs and grains for better alternatives. like instead of plain white rice try brown rice or quinoa. instead of normal chapati make juwar or bajra roti.
And try and work out atleast 2 times a week.
doing too much fasting will not help it can even have the opposite effect or might sustain for time being but when u stop doing it u can gain quicker.
i try to avoid the above but my sitting job makes it harder for me to loose
