What do you typically eat in a day? This will help us locate the problem (maybe) (identifying problem not guaranteed)

1. Ditched bread , sugar and milk - u will immediately notice difference.

2. Portioned out my meals - for example if you take 1 whole roti turn it into half roti same with rice or any other food intake.

3. My mother prepared these marinated tikka's for me which i basically airfry or bake after i come back from office - eat it with loads of carrot and cucumber. As an alternative go for chicken breast grilled.

4. I take green tea + zeera+ cinnamon before sleeping and dont touch anything after 12.

5. For breakfast i usually take oats when i am not on intermittent fasting. Also a fresh black cup of coffee without sugar and milk helps alot.

I didnt losoe alot of kgs but i lost water weight and fat. My tummy went in and shoulders & jaw are more defined.

I may not be doing this perfectly but this works for.me.

How many meals a day do you have with these small portions?😆

And can you drink black coffee on empty stomach? I heard it causes acidity that's why I stopped drinking coffee in the morning

Cutting down food alone won't reduce the weight you need to be active too; the app I mentioned was effective for me. They are simple in-home 20-30 min exercise sets that you can customise and don't need any extra equipment. In the beginning, I did it with two days gap within two weeks, I could do it every day.

As I mentioned rowing machine was a good investment, on that I started with 200m, later I could do 3km. Another most effective exercise is walking, walk fast until you can feel the heat on your face, and you can do that every day without fatiguing muscles, unlike running. I use a Fitbit to make sure that my heart rate is in the fat burn zone while walking.

Yes, but I have a raging headache. It’s 4am and I can’t sleep because my head is throbbing.

it’s a bit academic in nature but not that hard to understand.

I only ever eat protein. I can’t do breakfast though. If I eat food in the morning then it opens my appetite and I consume more throughout the day.

MyFitnessPal is great. It takes age, weight, height in to consideration, asks you to set a goal of how much you want to lose and lets you decide by when and then gives you your target daily calorie count in order to be in a calorie deficit. You can enter what you’re eating and it takes in to account any kind of physical activity, small or big.

On Topic: I am in the same boat buddy. It’s really really difficult to maintain a certain weight as i get paranoid if i cross the 50Kg mark. I literally have to starve myself for a good 18 hours to make sure i don’t gain weight, as i put on weight very easily. No sweets/Rice for me. I survive only on on Roti/Sabzi/Daal/Chicken /Fish. Maybe once in a month i might have Burger but that’s about it😭 I live a sad life when it comes to food💔

I want to go back to the 50kg mark😭
