Lol I hated walking as well but it was the easiest way to see the cities and the country. We were in Portugal and most of the cities it's kind of hard to drive around and they have good transit but you have to time it properly. So we would just walk where we could. We ended up walking 18 kms one day. I got back to the hotel so broken I collapsed in bed and went to sleep without showering or changing or anything.


I enjoy dancing and swimming, but they don't have as much effect in weight loss as gym or walking does.

And how come none of them have strerch marks or loose skin? Bec there is currently no cure for stretch marks... How do they get such flawless bodies?

There are creams available for stretch marks. Even bio oil works

Have you been tested for thyroid and PCOS? These are some very common issues women have without even knowing it and cause a lot of weight gain.

I wish I knew dancing :( that seems like the best exercise

I am gonna try watching aerobics videos

I have thyroid since i am 10 but that has no connection to my weight gain anymore according to the doctors.

PCOS i am also thinking could be a reason but i m still waiting for a test to confirm this hopefully uske baad i know more.

Dont worry and just eat healthy and keep dancing

Dont stress as that can also make it harder to lose weight

That's the first time I am hearing this. It has always worked for me and my cousins. Even some friends recommended it to me because it worked for them

Rosehip oil works too, i havent tried it but heard its better
