U arent skipping breakfast as such..having it in between 9.30 to 11..it has to be a hearty meal..call it breakfast or lunch whatever.

If ur schedule permits follow this..have milk or whatever beverage u like once u wake up..along with soaked nuts/fruits. Have ur meal between the above mentioned time. If u r hungry in the afternoon have nuts/fruits/salads/sprouts.

Eat dinner by 7..

Given the sedentary lifestyle most of us live nowadays this much food is enough for us

Good. Keep doing that often for 1-2 weeks until you can increase to 15min-30min and then eventually later to 45min-1hr.


It may be going to be a bit boring and hard to do over 30 mins walking in house. If you can go out to do then it will be easy for long walks with fresh air and listening to your fav music. If you can’t do long walks outside a month later after getting used to 10 min and 15-30min ones at home then you can do some easy home exercises too from YouTube too. I will look for the one I used to follow and post it here. That one wasn’t as hard and good for beginners. You can do 10 min and then increase to 15-30 mins walking few weeks later and do those YouTube video few times a week in combination at home. That should be enough. A bit walking at home and doing that exercise from the video few times a week. For now though continue doing 10 mins ones until you can increase it to 15-30 mins in couple weeks. 😊

Okay I tried a new smoothie recipe today, it tastes amazing! Spinach, chia seeds, apples, banana, little bit of peanut butter and milk+water. Voila! Healthy and yummy

What if I only drink milk or coffee in the morning, and then have lunch around 1?

Now I need to go invest in some good headphones because my husband lost my ones twice😭

Will give acidity induced headache.

Logic behind early lunch/heavy breakfast..u won't feel drowsy after eating. And we do considerable activity in day time. So even if we feel like taking n afternoon nap there is a good time span in between to digest what we have eaten.

Same with early dinner..there r enough hours to digest till sleeping time
