You are going to Amreeka in December, a heavy snowfall time. if you are visiting snowiest city, teri kamli kamli body kisi ko dikhega bhi nahi. kyunki you need to wear heavy winter clothes, jackets, coats, gloves, boots…….

My kamli kamli body is for my ego and my eyes only. I just like the idea of going to sleep knowing I’m skinny and fit. 😆

I think this is the simplest and best advice so far. Will try this one first.😆

If something is hard which usually is the case initially it’s always best to start slow and ease into it. I quit eating sugar in coffee etc by lowering the amount slowly and slowly that now I drink coffee without it. If you can ease into walking slowly and love it, it’s one of the best work out. Very simple and not as hard. I love listening to music and going for long walks. Everyone is different though. Some love gyms and some like other type of exercises and work out. Find one which you love and can do easily and stick to it.

This is a good idea to try. I just wish I had more space to walk around the house.😭

Believe me, I am in a slightly bigger place now but I used to live in an apartment the size of a large shipping box the first year of Covid! Walking inside within a narrow strip of floor is not much fun but if nothing else is possible, just putting on some good music or a show and striding up and down becomes kind of automatic and zen after a while. It saved me from sitting on my couch and shoveling large amounts of food into my mouth in front of the TV during the first lockdown.

Just start small, add more steps whenever you can (outside is always better of course), takes 30 days to make a routine of anything.

This actually also results in fasting for close to straight 15 hrs daily

O pprefer to have my first meal at 12pm but then I am afraid of developing acidity issues because I have seen others going through problems after skipping breakfast for a long time.

Thanks to your motivation, today I managed 10 mins of walking around the living room and 5 minutes of stair climbing.😆 Star climbing really tires you out though.
