Even water intake at wrong time like after taking meal results in water weight ☹️

I know it's difficult to loose weight But not impossible. First made up your mind, be determined, you can do it and you have to do it.

If you have no interest in working out and eating right, making small lifestyle changes can be a motivating factor to help you get to the next step. Park the farthest away from your office, take the stairs instead of the elevator, skip the fries with the meal, order water instead of soda, or at least get a small sized drink. Add veggies to your smoothie, if you’re a smoothie drinker, not just fruit. Grill your vegetables instead of frying them. You have to start somewhere.

Simple… change your dopamine source. For most of us it’s food, but once you start relying on another source, your interest in food will decrease and you’ll lose weight naturally.

I do workout because that releases endorphins so I feel good after that.

This is a fact. I get no dopamine hits from food. I eat when I’m hungry otherwise I don’t remember it

Oh I just tried a new combo today, it tasted great. Add pineapple, spinach, kale and strawberries, some chia seeds and then little bit of almond milk or regular milk (if you prefer) and water and ice as needed. You can add a little bit of honey to it if you want it to taste kinda sweet but I skipped it.

^^^Also, my favorite easy peasy smoothie is just bananas, spinach and chia seeds with ice and almond milk. I don’t have to think much and it tastes great. Can substitute the banana for mango if you have time to peel and cut mangoes. I’m usually running late in the morning so anything with mango, I only create over the weekends.

Unless you want a hot body, one must work on the core group of the body that is spine and the abdomen.

I like to follow some exercise (taking break on Sunday) with whatever I like to eat, I can't compromise on food and like to make others eat as well haha.

1. Simple crunches with arms on rest at beginning not at the back of the heads and progressing towards it after gaining strength like feeling no more pain

2. Working on flexing those same muscles like straightening the body and spine

3. Walking atleast 30 minutes everyday non stop like an exercise

All of this must include proper breathing techniques.
