You have to start slow. Do 10 mins a day and then increase it. Walking is the best ❤️

Ofcourse it's better to eat healthier foods. But you can lose weight on a junk diet too.

Yes I agree. It however doesn’t work for me as junk food and fast food makes me more hungry so I will eat more. The only fast food if it can be called is pizza which won’t make me hungry and make me satiated. So I eat that but only the pizza around my house. I don’t like pizza at other places. My house area restaurant makes the best pizza. I didn’t even use to like pizza before lol. For the rest junk and fast foods it helps that I don’t like most junk and fast food and/or prefer my cultural foods and similar food more over other foods. So that helps.

Seriously? Pizza makes me so hungry😆 If I eat one slice, i feel like eating 2 more. ThankFully I don’t like pizza that much, so I eat it very rarely 😆 Burgers are something which I love though with shit tons of cheese ☺️

Yeah everyone is different I guess. I would get hungry too if I only ate one slice. Not just pizza but any food I don’t like eating little as that wouldn’t satisfy my hunger. I would rather eat one full meal a day than eating a little here and there. Small meals and snacks don’t work on me. I like burgers once in a while if they are cooked and made well 😆

What's worked for me in recent years is intermittent fasting, getting in 5000-7000 steps a day and weight-bearing exercises.

I don't have time for lunch so I basically just eat between 6pm-10pm on weekdays, balanced meals with good amounts of proteins, fat, vegetables but low carbs. Carbs, especially sugar, make me crave food all day long.

Any place I can walk to safely, I will. I'll walk around my office complex a few times during the workday. I've even been known to walk around my dining table, iPad in hand while watching a show, if I didn't get around much on a specific day. All the steps add up.

Three to four times a week for about 30 min, I'll try to get in a good weights workout using heavy (15-20 lb) dumb bells or 3 sets each of body weight exercises (push ups, side planks, dips, burpees, squats, Russian twists).

When I was younger, I could just cut out the third helping of pizza and beer for a week and I'd lose 10 lbs. Weight loss does need more work as one gets older in my experience...

Oh wow most of what you do is what works for me too. I love walking. It’s my fav exercise other than weight lifting.
