Well if you're serious about maintaining your weight and having a healthy lifestyle, while also being in a good mental state, you should definitely read it. It's probably a long read but still worth it.

BTW, has anyone tried any diet plan by famous nutritionist like rujuta, and that Siddhartha guy etc etc... any reviews.?

I m still following Shilpa Shetty videos+ 2 time drinking Green tea and no junk food only salad , fruits and boiled eggs😎 and I can see difference from 55 kg to 52 kg now 😎

LOL! I never complain either. 😆 Once I had finished from my 1 hour massage and went to pay. The lady was like “hope you feel better beautiful girl”. Then when I walked out, I noticed people were staring at me and I was like damn, I must be looking good. The massage lady wasn’t lying. 😎

I quickly walked to my car so I can look at myself in the mirror, when I noticed that my whole face had the worst red crease marks from the massage bed. Literally from my forehead right to the chin. I was horrified.

Weight loss is essentially calorie in vs calorie out. Stay within your calorie allowance and you can lose wieght.

Ok. take any 25 nuts, throw them in the air in a room with full of furniture. search for the nuts. pick one at a time. Then go upstairs eat it and come down, search for another, go upstairs, eat it…….eat all 25 nuts.Simple
