There was a experiment i remember.. The person only ate junk food. The only restrictions was that he had to stick to a calorie limit. Within that calori limit he ate only j junk


.... And lost weight... And shockingly even health markers like insulin, heart health etc. improved..


Ofcourse it's better to eat healthier foods. But you can lose weight on a junk diet too.

Weight loss is essentially calorie in vs calorie out. Stay within your calorie allowance and you can lose wieght.

It's not difficult.. it depends on your metabolism. I think you've naturally got a slow one. Try tracking your macros/amount of calories you consume, you'll know your maintenance.. then reduce it. If you want quick results go on a low carb diet.. fasting is never sustainable in the long run.
