What all I have to eat for glowing skin.

hey sakshi,few points to get glowing skin(by glowing u mean healthy,clear n youthful skin rite?)
1.breathe,take deep breaths n stop worrying abt evrythng,tension easily shws up on our face n affects skin n body.
2.as Tanya said drink lots of water as it helps in flushng out toxins frm body..
3.i make ds hmemade detoxifyng drink n u cn too if u've no othr prblm,mix 1 lemon juice wd 1 teaspoon honey in a glass of warm water n drink it daily on empty stomach in morning,u cn search abt its benefits on net n its cmplety safe,i ve been drnkng ds snce 7 mnths n my skin has improved alot 😛
4.eat all fruits n veggies as they r full of antioxidants n vitamins n minerals.
5.take multivitamins n Omega 3s supplements bt cnsult a dr.first.
6.include lean proteins,fish,chcken,eggs n all too.
7.plz try nt to overindulge in sugar,caffeinated drinks,cakes,chocolates,bt u can eat them in moderation...me too drink 1 cup of tea wd milk n no sugar daily 😛 .
8.do workout a lil bit,or may b go fr walk fr 15,20,25 mins,watevr u cmfrtble in..
9.wash ur face 1nce or twice a day if u wear makeup wd a gentle cleanser n use sunscreen whle going out in sunlight.
10.get 7,8 hours of peaceful sleep daily,so yeah thats it,hope this helps,phr b if u wanna ask anythng drop me a pm kbi bi... 😊

Make your Skin glowing with out any makeup just try to vitamin -E tablets daily helps a great deal.

Eat protein diet and consume maximum of water in a day. Fruit juice can help you better to get nourished skin. Aloe vera is having effective results on skin.

1) Mixing together cucumber juice, glycerine and rose water is very effective. Use it before stepping out in the sun and after returning.
2 Make a fine paste of sandalwood powder, a little turmeric powder and milk. Apply this on face, leave on for a few minutes, and get natural glow and freshness.
3 Mixing honey and cream is a great way to keep the skin soft and glowing, especially during winters.
4 Tomato juice, mixed with lemon juice helps keep face soft and glowing.

Agree with above all make sure your gut is healthy, scalp is dandruff free and hands always clean
