Hi people!
I am new here. My name's Tani.
So here is my story.
I was almost 145 pounds when I started this weightloss therapy. Before that, I had tried dieting but that never did work out. So I also tried doing excercise, but that ended up only me sitting at the gym with potato chips in my hand.
Here's what I suggest you to do :
Step 1 : I am a teenager so I know about breakup eating, stress eating, all kinds of eating. We eat when we're depressed, happy, or sometimes when we don't know and we gobbled down 180 calories. (that was random). Control on your hormones. They'll make you want to eat more, but really, it's just your brain saying that. You're not hungry!
Step 2 : Throw away your junk food. Chips, coldrinks, whatever. Caffeine is also what makes you fat. So if you wanna lose weight, girl, you needa throw all that stuff out. No colas or whatever. Soda will also make you fat.
Step 3 : Drink lots of water. It'll help a lot.
Step 4 : Sweat. Sweat a lot. Like really, look crazy.
THE MAIN STEP : I can't go out coz it's so hot. So instead, with the AC on, I workout in my own room. Gym is also an option, but most people do have a treadmil at home. If you don't, a gym is also fine. Don't try the weights, they'll exhaust you.
Now, your daily treadmil workout might be you go 3km/hr for like 30 mins and cover 1.5 kms. THAT WON'T WORK! You gotta be more than that!
What you have to do this, which is my daily routine. Get on the treadmil, stand on the siderails and wait for the treadmil to start. When it starts, get on it. Put the speed 3.5km/hr and walk for at least 2 minutes. Then, increase the speed up to 6 or 7km/hr. What this will help in is that your heart rate will increase and you will start breathing out like really hard. If you're starting this and you've never worked out before, you might wanna settle in for 4 or 5km/hr.
Be warned, no injury. I don't want you to get injured doing this workout. All you gotta do this, warm yourself up first, then do this workout. HIGH INTENSITY itself means that you do your best. The most you can go up to is what your speed has to be.
So try this.
In a week, you'll see what effect it had on you. 😃
You'll feel :
- Energized
- Fit
- A little less obese (if you feel that now)
So continue this and you'll become 120 pounds like me in no time! 😃
