My maintenance is approx 2400 cal. I was cutting and having around 1000 - 1200 cals. I did a 12 week program from bodybuilding.com. I successfully reduced from 85kg to 71kg. In the process i gained some muscle. Now i want to grow the muscles. Problem is that my tummy is not completely flat yet. Its reduces from 43in to 35in.
My main goal now is to get a flat tummy and try to get a six pack (possibly) while gaining muscles.
So now:
1- Should i eat at maintenance and continue the workouts (1 hr a day max) + have supplements (whey 1-2 scoops and creatine 3-5g)?
2- Should i eat more than maintenance to bulk (maybe 2500+ cals) + have supplements (whey 2 - 4 scoops and creatine 3-5g)?
3- Should i continue cutting and eat below maintenance + have supplements (whey 1-2 scoops and creatine 3-5g)?
Please suggest.. Help appreciated
