gained 3 kg wt just in a week !!!! It's horrifying :(

Ok..it's sounding quite stultifying, but I've literally got 3 kg weight overboard just within a week..Last Sunday ( 13/9 ) I measured it and it was normal as always..then today I found out this unpredicted rise of 3 kg.. God, I'm really shocked & more scared..

can you people plz lend me some info or advice how can I shed of this extra wt as soon as possible...PLEASE...

Only by exercising on daily basis you can lose weight. Oily food, unnecessary food, laziness can be the reasons for increasing weight. I do regular exercising to get better physique. I have joined a professional gym called BMTG international & the best thing is that my gym coach provide me best training to lose weight with great physique.
