I have been getting pretty sick of my protein powder every day after my workouts. I know this is important but the texture and taste have been getting downright nasty. Since I am at work I don't have any options to add fruit etc.
I discovered that if I put in 2 ice cubes into my shaker it makes it cold/creamy.
