Regular workout with proper diet would help a person to be fit. I don't think one can be fit only by drinking green tea. An hours workout for five days a week would help a person to be fit. Avoid oily food, junk food and sweets.

Green tea helps to lose weight but for a great physique regular exercise is necessary at the same time. I am a regular gym user and exercise for more than 20 to 30 minutes a day. I am having professional coaching for it through BMTG international gym & getting good physique results through it.

Honey and Cinnamon are really helpful in loosing weight and staying fit along with Green Tea...A walk for 10-15 minutes...an hr after dinner is also helpful in reducing blood sugar level and is thus helpful in staying fit..
