Treadmill over the time has proved to be one of the best exercising machines for running or walking at one place. It is among the best methods used very commonly in gym & health clubs for a good cardiovascular workout. However you would be able to heap true benefits from this machine if you would be aware of the instructions to be followed. Only one person should work out on treadmill @ particular time. If two persons will try to work out the same time, the risk of injury increases.

When you start your workout, warm of initially by walking @ a shoe pair. Choosing certain preset programs which includes all the phases from warm up, exercising & cooling down are a best alternative for beginners.

After your body is warmed up, try to jog or run on the treadmill as it will help you in losing more calories. If you felt dizzy, get off the treadmill a first few times to ensure your safety. So you should keep these few rules in mind while using the treadmill.
