Work out Advice- Everyone join!!

Hi everyone,

I am a workout freak, but i need some advice. I used to weigh around 135 and was 5'6, which was healthy for my height but I wanted to slim down. In a matter of a month, killing myself with rigorous cardio and eating calories (counting, counting, counting) for a person who weighs 120, I went down to 115! I was unhappy because I had lost too much and became obsessed with cardio.

I pushed my weight back up and maintain it to around 120-123. But this summer I am obsessed with toning. I have my abs down pat, but for the life of me I cannot burn my thighs! I understand its hard to lose weight if your skinny and your body doesn't have too much weight to give, but can anyone recommend machines they find help with legs?? I do the bikes a lot, but I know that legs only lose with a full body work out. So I do the elliptical and all that P.S. I cannot do treadmill or run because of leg sciatica.

Also, I been working on my arms, I have biceps, but triceps are so hard to lose. How do you people do your tricep dips? And is skull crushers any better? Or is the weights just fine?

p.s. anyone who wants to ask me something is more then welcome
