My cracked and dry heels prevent me from wearing sandals. What is the best way to deal with this?

Yes, it is quite irritating! The major reason is dry skin. Sometimes, the upper layers of your skin itself may peel away, which can cause mild infection. There are several products in the market that have proved to be very effective. In fact, I have heard that there are skin experts at the Kaya Skin Clinic that can advise you. There is a Foot Care cream at Kaya which is effective, and it is one of those Kaya skin clinic products that can be used on all types of skin.

You can wash your heels with Hot water, it would clean your heels by removing dirt.

Cracked and dry heels are really very irritating. Add salt to warm water, place your legs in it for more than half an hour. Then rub your feet with a brush. Clean it completely. Dry your leg and then apply foot cream. Do it once a week and apply foot cream regularly. I'm sure this will help. Beauty experts have revealed many useful beauty tips on Nevanta. over the years i have found out that the best cure for skin complaints such as, cracked, split, hard etc is genuine tea tree oil, get an old bowl fill with enough warm water to cover your feet, put about 6 drops of the oil in the water, then soak your feet until the water is cold, 7 times a week, try it !
