I am working in an IT industry and I am not in my home town. I am 5'6 height and probably 65-67 kgs of 22 years. I have a lower belly and side fat which I intend to reduce through hard work out. But the I am unsure of the diet I should maintain along with my work out? Right now I am having 2 Idlis in the morning and a sandwich(most probably grilled butter jam sandwich as the others available in my office are full of cheese) in the noon and after workout in the gym in the evening, I have 2 boiled eggs(only white) and 2 small bowls of cut fruit(papaya and muskmelon) and lime juice with salt init. Yet I feel very hungry even after eating all these in the night. Can anyone suggest me a proper diet to maintain?

If you're working out in the gym, you'll need a high protein diet with slow burning carbs for energy. The site below has all the information on it!

Absolutely you need water, drink water early morning atleast 500ml before you go to gym. It will quickly burn your fat.

Do eat more if you plan to build muscle, especially protein. However, eat your carbs and veggies and fibres, or else you will lose energy in the gym.

'm not going to tell you what to eat, just what you need.
you need: Vitamins, protein, carbohydrates.

Ways to get these: Allot of fruit. (the best thing that the earth has given us)
Meat and eggs and fish. (Delicious. Must be good meat)
Carbs can be found in most foods. Most common in bread and pasta/rice.
