You can eat the food you would normally at put in small portions and eat fruits and veggies .. you should eat at least every 3hours but remember they have to be small portions if you don't do that you'll end up gaining more weight also since you don't wanna spend money workout at home .. do some situps,dance lol foreal it works remember to sweat and jog outside everyday for about an hour or so.
