The best way to lose weight is to eat not 3-5 times per day but try eating 7-10 times per day. Have a healthy breakfast with fruits and juice in the morning and through the day whenever you feel hungry don't eat a big meal just have a light snack size salad of fruit or veggie's but still eat a little bit of meat everyday. As for the exercise do interval running jog for 1 min at a nice pace then spring for 10-20 seconds as fast as you can do that for 20 minutes 2-4 times per day. All this isn't buringing up your fat through working it this diet and exercise is to speed your metabolism and that will burn it. another alternative that is illegal and don't recommend is if you can resist munchies smoke weed 2 times a day that will also increase your metabolism but i you use this DO NOT eat anything and it will help brilliantly...
