Let winter be your time to exercise discretion. How to easily increase your motivation and boost yourself for a new and great training season.
Here are six ways to motivate yourself to exercise:
1. Get a workout buddy! It is both fun and makes it harder to pull out.
2. Set reasonable goals! Maybe you want to feel stronger, healthier or reduce a little weight?
3. Do not go out too hard in the beginning! You will lose the motivation easily after only a few weeks. You should increase the workout level gradually.
4. Find an exercise that suits you! It is difficult to motivate yourself to something you do not like.
5. Throw away the scale and start measuring yourself with a measuring tape instead! Muscle weighs more than fat.
6. Reward yourself with something other than food! Why not a massage?
