Wanna know some non-gym exercises to tone yr thighs? I have picked it up from Femina Magazine's March issue. I really found it interesting. They are as follows:
1. Jumping jacks, spot jogging, knee highs, butt kicks, skipping, cycling, climbing up and down stairs, and lunging forward, backward and sideways help to tone and tighten the thigh muscles.
2. Kickboxing burns calories faster and helps cut the fat.
3. Squatting--narrow and wide stance--will definitely tighten the butt and thigh area.
4. Dancing to music for 30-45 minutes gives yr lower body a complete workout.
5. Keep a pair of light dumb bells at home. You can use them while lunging and squatting or u can hold them and exercise. Gaining muscle on the thigh area will increase your metabolic rate and help you lose weight faster.
